I love this group of auto mechanics. I trust them to be honest and take care of my concerns and will go to them before ever stepping foot in a dealership lot. My only negative at this time is that post-pandemic they no longer have you go into their office, so key drop-offs are done without human contact other than by phone. They also no longer accept personal checks so you must pay before pickup by credit card. It leaves me feeling slightly depressed although I can still go around and yell for someone to come out to talk to me, it just doesn't feel the same as when you could go directly into their office and chat with the team members there. I doubt much is lost in that transaction, but I miss the face-to-face connection.
