Was recommended to them by America's Tire. Never used them before. Called them and got a prompt quote and explanation of their service. It was a little unusual that there was no waiting area; they have limited parking at the shop. But the service was done within the limited time I asked them to get it done in. Paid on-line. The alignment did not seem out much but with a new set of Michelins I thought it best to start out with perfect alignment. I tracks a little straighter, seems perfect. They gave me a gratuitous package of cookies which was a nice touch. My experience with them was very positive. They seem to have a good system to handle a volume of work efficiently. Will definitely use them again.

Took my car there for oil change and they rotated my tires and check my brakes for me

I got hustleed. I took my car in I knew what the problem was and let them know. When the called me back they quoted other problem but they didn't mentioned the water pump. So I approved what they had prognos with the price for the work the next day they said the water pump needed replaced which I knew that it was the water pump so I approved the job. The next day they told me that they had installed the water pump but the coolent was liking out, and quoted me an additional $1'000.00. I told them I couldn't afford a thousand dollars more. He was rude and said because I didn't approve the additional problem that he couldn't guarantee the water pump after they created the liking I picked up my car with the risk of the engine coolent leaking with in time of driving the car. It seem to me that they were hustling me.

These guys did an amazing job fixing my car! It drives like new again! They put a cute little flashlight keychain on my keys and left a box of Girl Scout cookies on my seat as a gift! The customer service is outstanding and and the mechanical service is top notch as well! They also took my car and got it smogged for me! The price knocked the entire job out of the ballpark, it was so reasonable; I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks, Motorpool Automotive for taking care of me and my car!

I called late in the day trying to get a 4 wheel alignment. I was told to bring it in. So the van had side swiped a mountain on ice. So the damage was more extensive. They informed me. They went the extra mile to make sure the van was safe while I looked for something new. And only charged the standard. I would recommend them to anyone
