I trust them completely and appreciate the fact that they keep my 20 year old car road worthy! My last old car made it to 300,000 miles with them so I am happy!

Great job and quick response. Took care of a repair for another company. The repair was fast and they gave additional information on more things that need to be fixed.

Everyone at Motorpool is awesome. Not only do they do amazing work, they speak to their clients with respect. I’ve recently had terrible experience elsewhere, because I’m a woman. I feel like you can always trust the guys here to do a great job and not be trying to scam you.

Good and professional service was provided to me by the staff of Motorpool Automotive yesterday for tire inspection for repair assessment. These guys have been taking care of me through multiple cars, for years now. I don't take my car anywhere else. They do a great job of communicating with you and they document everything with messages and photos. I trust their recommendations, and I've never had issues with their work.

This is a review about their spectacular service last year. I have moved from Santa Cruz to San Jose and my 2010 Subaru had so many things that needed to be done: water pump replaced, timing belt, suspension and shocks for both front and rear, among other things. They threw in free alignment and replaced a wheel lug stud. Yes, they were kind to my old girl. That was in June 2022. They also contacted me a month later just to make sure everything was working which was on the house. Wowza! I don't think I could have asked for a better place. This is a belated, THANK YOU!!! Of course, I'll be back!

This place is awesome. Owners are kind and professional, but most important their service is honest and educational. I brought in my BMW for maintenance and they took care of me with everything I could ask for. I’ve been to a bunch of repair shops over the years and this place is definitely the best I’ve experienced. Timely, caring, educational and professional. I’d recommend to anybody needing car repair!

The guys at motorpool are amazing. I’ve been bringing my fleet of vehicles to Steve and his team of guys for the last year and I will continue to bring them my business for years to come. They are friendly, caring and efficient. They do a damn good job at being honest and getting the job done and won’t bullshit you. I’ve had many situations where things come up and I need my vehicles serviced on the fly and they always get me in and out really fast. I’ve never had such a great experience with any other mechanic shop. I give five stars because the service from these guys is just actually the best out there. Great job guys!
