I’ve been going to Motorpool for about a decade and they always provide outstanding service, so I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop. I recently brought my car to Motorpool for an oil change. They did a great job communicating other concerns they found and sent me an updated estimate, which was easy to approve. In addition to the oil change and everything included with that service, they also had to replace my rear brake pads and rotors, and replace a TPMS sensor. I dropped off my car at 8:45am and my car was ready for me by 3:00pm. Checking out is simple, I received a text with a link that allowed me to quickly pay online. Side note, it’s Girl Scout cookie season and Steve (the owner) bought a TON of Girl Scout cookies, so I was gifted with free cookies when I picked up my car. It was a delicious surprise! Schedule your appointment ASAP before they run out of cookies! :-P

Motorpool Automotive was recommended to me by another automotive shop that I had called whom did not do wheel alignments. So I took the recommendation and called Motorpool to get an estimate on an alignment. John was very friendly on the phone and it was super easy to set up an appointment, get a quote texted to me (which was a great price, BTW), and approve the quote. They put extra time and care into my car (it's a much older car) making sure to do the best job possible. And they even gave me a gift of appreciation when I picked up my car. I am very happy with their time, attention to detail, and service, and I would definitely book with them again in the future. Thank you John and team! Lisabet

Started service with Motorpool a few years ago due to the good reviews. Four different cars later with a myriad of regular/routine maintenance and other unique issues and my experience has been outstanding. Currently, they are working on something that's a bit of a project. Honestly feels is more like a buddy down the street helping me out than an indifferent shop. They have gone above and beyond. I would've loved to do the work, just don't have the hours. They've been very responsive, communicated proactively and been very fair. Not much more you can ask for, and certainly not my typical legacy experience with auto repair.

So grateful for the Motorpool team! They took the time to really look into the issue I presented them with on my Subaru to determine the best fix. Chris, my service advisor, even took time to explain anything that was found during their check and ensured I understood what happening with my car. Capitol subaru sucks and Motorpool rules. 2 years ago I bought a used 2012 subaru Forrester X. I bought it knowing I would need to replace the timing belt and water pump so 2 years ago I took it to capitol subaru and replaced the timing belt and pump. To the tune of like 2400 dollars. Last week the check engine light came on with the traction control light. I took it to MP and they said it was so low on coolant the thermometer wasn't even reading the temp. I literally had it serviced at CS like 2 weeks before that and they didn't notice??? For less than what I paid at CS, MP had it ACTUALLY fixed in less than 24 hrs. MOTORPOOL

The guys here are awesome - they tell me what's wrong with my car and make suggestions. They don't push but also try to make it work with my less than stellar finances. I trust them completely and appreciate the fact that they keep my 20 year old car road worthy! My last old car made it to 300,000 miles with them so I am happy!

Great job and quick response. Took care of a repair for another company. The repair was fast and they gave additional information on more things that need to be fixed.
