This place is awesome. Owners are kind and professional, but most important their service is honest and educational. I brought in my BMW for maintenance and they took care of me with everything I could ask for. I’ve been to a bunch of repair shops over the years and this place is definitely the best I’ve experienced. Timely, caring, educational and professional. I’d recommend to anybody needing car repair!

The guys at motorpool are amazing. I’ve been bringing my fleet of vehicles to Steve and his team of guys for the last year and I will continue to bring them my business for years to come. They are friendly, caring and efficient. They do a damn good job at being honest and getting the job done and won’t bullshit you. I’ve had many situations where things come up and I need my vehicles serviced on the fly and they always get me in and out really fast. I’ve never had such a great experience with any other mechanic shop. I give five stars because the service from these guys is just actually the best out there. Great job guys! I’ve left a review before, but it bears repeating. I’ve been bring my Prius to this shop for a number of years. It’s getting up there in age, so needs a little more attention these days. Any time I’ve had trouble I’ve called the shop and while they may not have the answer they’re more than happy to help trouble shoot, and, if nothing else, give you a tow to their shop so they can check it out. They are always efficient and communicative on the repairs and responses.

Was having trouble with my power steering, towed it to the shop, they got to it as soon as they could fit me in. Grateful for their prompt response and friendly staff. I appreciated the recommendation from Steve for a great tow company Pineapple Towing. Chris the mechanic is really nice too. =)

We had an amazing experience with Motorpool. Due to the current rains, my wife hit a pothole and her car needed an alignment and we decided to have some other routine maintenance attended to at the same time. Motorpool were very responsive, their prices were extremely fair, and they were just really nice people. They gave us their opinions and kept us up to date on the progress. The receipt includes specific photos and is very descriptive. The pickup of the car was super easy. Thank you, Motorpool, we will be back for regular maintenance and any future needs!

All around excellent service. After calling a few shops just wanting to get a estimate on a unique wheel hub service for a stripped wheel stud I was met with so much uncertainty and nobody was able to give me a good estimate. Now when I called Motorpool Chris and Joe were great they got my information and formulated a qoute for me. And called me to let me know. Price was a little steep for the service but there were complications that my car caused lmao. But what most people don’t understand is when you get quality work/customer service like motorpool provides. Its a game changer in the automotive field. Really honest guys here.
