I called Motorpool to ask them questions about my cars latest inability to start, and they had serviced the car 3 weeks, prior. They gave me the information I was seeking, and then offered to come out to the house, (one hour away,) to run codes on he car, free of charge just to follow up on their previous service. The serviceman was friendly and informative and was there for about an hour and one half changing the battery and trying to fix the electrical system. The car will still need to be tended to, but at least it runs now, and I have a clearer picture of what is needed. I was really pleased and they seemed kind and interested in helping me out.
