We had an amazing experience with Motorpool. Due to the current rains, my wife hit a pothole and her car needed an alignment and we decided to have some other routine maintenance attended to at the same time. Motorpool were very responsive, their prices were extremely fair, and they were just really nice people. They gave us their opinions and kept us up to date on the progress. The receipt includes specific photos and is very descriptive. The pickup of the car was super easy. Thank you, Motorpool, we will be back for regular maintenance and any future needs!

All around excellent service. After calling a few shops just wanting to get a estimate on a unique wheel hub service for a stripped wheel stud I was met with so much uncertainty and nobody was able to give me a good estimate. Now when I called Motorpool Chris and Joe were great they got my information and formulated a qoute for me. And called me to let me know. Price was a little steep for the service but there were complications that my car caused lmao. But what most people don’t understand is when you get quality work/customer service like motorpool provides. Its a game changer in the automotive field. Really honest guys here. Motor pool Did a great job! Steven and Chris helped a great deal to assure my sons SUV was safe and ready to go to Arizona for his 2nd year in college. He has driven the SUV back and forth and it’s good to know he is safe on the road! I would definitely recommend these guys to service your vehicle if you want great prices and great service !!

If you love your vehicle, this is where you want to take it. These guys are great! Both times I've had them take a look at my vehicle, it comes back running noticeably better. They've done a great job for me on everything from breaks/suspension/engine and even a simple oil change. You definitely get better care here than going to the other big shops!

I called Motorpool to ask them questions about my cars latest inability to start, and they had serviced the car 3 weeks, prior. They gave me the information I was seeking, and then offered to come out to the house, (one hour away,) to run codes on he car, free of charge just to follow up on their previous service. The serviceman was friendly and informative and was there for about an hour and one half changing the battery and trying to fix the electrical system. The car will still need to be tended to, but at least it runs now, and I have a clearer picture of what is needed. I was really pleased and they seemed kind and interested in helping me out.

America's Tire broke a lug on my tire. I was referred to Motorpool and they would take of the parts. I spoke with some and he assured me that I could drop off my car on Sunday night and it would be ready the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when I called and my car was ready after noon. Nice guys!!
