dealerships aren’t a ripoff lady, they have technicians who are trained and sent to class year round learning the product. rather have a kid who probably didn’t even graduate workin at a jiffy lube or any express oil change shop or come to the dealership where they have seasoned/educated people working on your vehicle. just sayin’

Motorpool has been my go-to auto repair shop for years, and I'm so glad I found them! I regularly take my 2013 Toyota RAV4 here for maintenance, oil change, etc. and have never had a single issue with these guys. Their professionalism and quality of work are unmatched. I've recommended this place to several friends/family and everyone has had nothing but positive reviews. My car was overdue for service recently (oops) and the advisor (James) called me to walk me through everything that needed to be replaced/fixed with very clear language and a super professional manner. I know my baby is in good hands with the Motorpool team and will be coming back to get more work done on it soon!

Prompt, friendly service. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment and finish with the vehicle when they said they would. These guys seemed happy, proud to do the work they were doing, and upbeat. They were also knowledgeable and the mechanic took the time to explain his findings and solutions. I will be going back and I highly recommend. The one thing I’d mention is the place isn’t much to look at. It’s in an industrial corner, dusty with no waiting area. Don’t let this discourage you! Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did.

I took my 2018 F-250 in due to a parasitic draw and also my truck just gushing fuel from the fuel cap. I had been dealing with this issue for over a month and nobody could find the source. Within 24 hours the issue was found and fixed. They kept it another day just to make sure the battery didn't drain again . They also stayed longer on a Friday to ensure my key was in the lockbox so I could pick it up the following day. Upon picking it up my truck was wash/rinsed ( had be sitting for over a month at my house ) and waiting for me was one of their shirts. Its the little things that matter in this crazy world . Great job motor pool great job !
