Ive had them work on multiple vehicles, all of which they were able to diagnose snd repair quickly and efficiently. My most recent visit they even came to my residence and picked up the vehicle, and then delivered it to me after all the repairs were made. I highly recommend Motorpool Automotive!

The guys at Motorpool are always great to work with. They explain everything in detail so you understand what's being done, and I've never gotten the feeling that they are trying to upsell me or push unnecessary services.

This review is long-overdue (and long). It all started in 2015 when I was a new driver, sharing my mom's vehicle. My mom took her car there for regular maintenance, and I noticed how well they treated both of us. They took my mom seriously, showed her what needed to be fixed, and provided a nice waiting area with plenty of entertainment. The Motorpool crew has given me the same excellent service, plus swag! I love that they text me updates about my vehicle with photos of parts that need replacing. They also explain their recommendations and answer my questions very well. Today, I brought in a used vehicle that I bought yesterday for cheap (for the current market, anyway), knowing that there might be hidden problems with the car. Motorpool inspected the car and sent me a long list of recommended repairs, and called to explain that the car was neglected, but not abused, and that it would be a reliable vehicle once those repairs are made. It's an old Toyota Matrix, by the way. Somewhat high miles with worn out parts that should have been replaced a while ago. My former car was a 2004 Toyota Corolla, which I sadly crashed a few weeks ago. I'm thankful for how thorough these folks are. They took excellent care of my Corolla and I trust them to do the same to my new-to-me car. Plus: They give discounts on oil changes when you have their sticker displayed on your car and they gave me a candle today! The Motorpool crew are clearly dedicated to their customers. I'm proud to call Motorpool my mechanic.

I first stumbled upon these guys when I moved into the San Jose area from PA and I couldn't be more thankful. They truly are the best! Open communication & quick responses, upfront and honest about what needs (& doesn't need) to be done without feeling pressured, and thoroughness with there work. I would recommend them to anyone!

I've been taking my cars to Motorpool for nearly six years. Steve & Crew are always friendly, informative, and never mansplain/talk down to me. They're community-minded and, pre-covid, often put on events/fundraisers. If you are a human, regardless of gender, they will treat you fairly, bill you fairly, and not talk you into things you don't need. Oh: And they have great taste in music! Highly recommend.
