I first stumbled upon these guys when I moved into the San Jose area from PA and I couldn't be more thankful. They truly are the best! Open communication & quick responses, upfront and honest about what needs (& doesn't need) to be done without feeling pressured, and thoroughness with there work. I would recommend them to anyone!

I've been taking my cars to Motorpool for nearly six years. Steve & Crew are always friendly, informative, and never mansplain/talk down to me. They're community-minded and, pre-covid, often put on events/fundraisers. If you are a human, regardless of gender, they will treat you fairly, bill you fairly, and not talk you into things you don't need. Oh: And they have great taste in music! Highly recommend.

Motorpool Automotive was on-time on their service and very courtesy and professional. I needed my new tires balanced and alignment done and my car was out in no time. I am very pleased and happy with their service. Price was very reasonable too.
