Just bought a used car this year knowing that it would need some work put into it. After driving the hell out of it for work I noticed it was time to check on the tires, fluids and breaks ect. A friend recommended motorpool and I’m so glad I found a great place I could trust. They told me what needed to be done, what the cost was going to be more or less and got back to me quickly when my car was ready to be picked up. The prices are fair, they don’t waste your time with services you don’t need and they have by far the best communication of any other place I’ve been to in the area. Thanks again! I’ll be back soon. Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

Thank you SO MUCH for your anonymous one star review.... It is rather unfortunate that you posted such a terrible review, given that you have likely never even been served at our shop... Furthermore, the mere fact that you actually went to the extra effort of making an entirely new AND anonymous gmail address, for the SOLE PURPOSE of leaving a one star review on our business without any other perspective, context or feedback WHATSOEVER, leads me to believe that this is strictly personal and not professional... However; even though you clearly have no integrity, we still have enough to give you the best service possible REGARDLESS... so as much as I would LOVE to call you a coward with too much time on your hands and tell you off, instead, I simply hope you have a WONDERFUL DAY!
