Thank you SO MUCH for your anonymous one star review.... It is rather unfortunate that you posted such a terrible review, given that you have likely never even been served at our shop... Furthermore, the mere fact that you actually went to the extra effort of making an entirely new AND anonymous gmail address, for the SOLE PURPOSE of leaving a one star review on our business without any other perspective, context or feedback WHATSOEVER, leads me to believe that this is strictly personal and not professional... However; even though you clearly have no integrity, we still have enough to give you the best service possible REGARDLESS... so as much as I would LOVE to call you a coward with too much time on your hands and tell you off, instead, I simply hope you have a WONDERFUL DAY!

Used them a bunch of times and satisfied. I suggest every time to those with auto care needs to call or visit. I'd wager better care and consideration can't be found. Services: Steering/Suspension, Engine repair

Always quick and motorpool provides excellent service. Since the lobby is closed temporarily, I took a walk on the Los Gatos creek trail until my car was ready. Excellent way to spend my morning. Services: Tyres, Oil change

Motorpool did a great job of locating an electrical problem and fixing it. This was done on Saturday of Labor Day Weekend without an appointment. I had my van back in two hours, and at every step of the process they observed strict, no contact procedures. It was a pleasure finding this place. Service: Electrical repair
