These guys are the best. Professional and friendly service! I worked with Dal and he worked with me on the price as at first it seemed pretty steep. While working on my car, they sent updates through a website where I was able to review and approve each installion needed, one at a time. This was a great and efficient! Definitely coming back.

Came in during these crazy Covid times for an oil change expecting to be able to wait in the waiting room to find that it was drop off only. I had not planned for anyone to pick me up. The guys were so sweet and actually brought out a tent and a rocking chair for me to sit in while I waited. Super impressed! We have always had a good, honest service here but they went above and beyond today.

Hands down the best place I have ever been for my car. These guys are extremely helpful and honest. We all have stories where we have been ripped off and payed a ton of money for poor service, but not here. Motorpool updated me on my car constantly, they were very informative, they did not over charge, and on top of that they gave me an awesome T-shirt. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Always quick and motorpool provides excellent service. Since the lobby is closed temporarily, I took a walk on the Los Gatos creek trail until my car was ready. Excellent way to spend my morning.

Motorpool did a great job of locating an electrical problem and fixing it. This was done on Saturday of Labor Day Weekend without an appointment. I had my van back in two hours, and at every step of the process they observed strict, no contact procedures. It was a pleasure finding this place.

The owner, Steve, and his crew are all top notch. Excellent people performing excellent, above-and-beyond service. Why would you ever spend money at a chain or a big-tent shop when you can keep your dollars in your community and support local, family-owned business that won't do you dirty and won't look to take advantage of your lack of expertise like so many mechanic shops do? Anyone in the immediate SJ/South Bay Area should absolutely get any auto services done here. This place reminded me to review them by spamming me on my cellphone for a service 7 years after visiting them. I was a naive new car owner then. They made me change my filters on a new car (complete with scare tactics) in addition to the oil change. They stuck a sticker on the back of my car for a 10% discount on 'labor.' While they had provided a discount on the upcharged labor they also upcharged me for the filters. Basically they charged me two times the OEM price. Must be really hard to procure them I guess. This is the place to get a nice fleecing as a new car owner so that you are forced to learn from your mistakes and invest more time in understanding the wants and needs of your car. 'Never trust a mechanic' has been my motto as a car owner thanks to this place. Talk about a dark origin story...lol
