I love this shop! The office staff is really nice, and good about keeping in touch with you throughout the process while your vehicle is in there. And if there’s something in their shop can’t specifically do, they will refer you to someone good who can. I’ve been using the shop in our really long time, over the lifespan of four different vehicles. As long as I live in San Jose, I will be coming to motorpool. I appreciate their straightforward honesty, even if it’s bad news. They are really good about telling you whatever problems they encounter with your car, the risks, and the solutions.
