Motorpool performed the 60k-mile service on my Lexus, per the factory specs. I got an appointment right away and the work was done in less than 2 hours while I waited. They were very accommodating and patient with me since 2 weeks prior the car had to be towed because rodents had chewed the cables to a cylinder.
