Why would you ever spend money at a chain or a big-tent shop when you can keep your dollars in your community and support local, family-owned business that won't do you dirty or won't look to take advantage of your lack of expertise like so many mechanic shops do? Anyone in the immediate SJ/South Bay Area should absolutely get any auto services done here. The guy on the phone was Kept laughing and he constantly called non-stop even though we told we will pick up then for oil change it took 4 hours , worse customer service ever , don't go out there this place is a joke .
