My little sister has been going here for years and I finally decided to give them a try after the last place I had gone to couldn't help me. Motorpool was more than happy to address the issue my car was having last year, they were kind on the phone and sent me a txt with an update along with services I could accept or decline with prices of each service. Yesterday I had an issue and since they were closed on Sunday I made an appointment online and hours later they confirmed the appointment for this morning. With covid here, they make this process effortless. I showed up early, put my key in the envelope, dropped it in the key drop and off I went. A few hours later I received a call with an update and was a sent a txt later with the invoice. I loved that everything is contactless and payment is easy with the link they txt you that also includes notes about what was down and what they found. They sanitize the car before giving it back to you, the whole experience is fantastic. Steve has done a great job with his team and I've always had great interactions with every person there. I'm so glad I finally changed places I go to for my car and it's a huge plus that it's only a 10 minute walk from where I live. Thank you Alex and Del for keeping me updated today on my car.
