Campbell Auto Repair

I first heard about this shop from a friend while I was living in San Jose three years ago. Now I live 60 miles from them and they're still the only place I'll take my car, even just for an oil change. I can trust them no matter what, and they've always gone out of their way to be clear, fair, and thorough. Thanks guys! It's a wonderful thing to never have to worry about whether your car is in good hands.

I'm not from the Campbell area, I live in Aptos, but I was visiting a friend. I needed a quick oil change a repair to fix a slow tire leak and pull a nail from one of my tires. I gave Motorpool a call and was impressed that they could take my car right away. The service person who worked with me was named Joe. He was professional, bright, and very friendly. I must say, I've never had a better experience at an auto shop!!!! They're honest and hard-working. The didn't try to upsell anything to me. Since I had to wait for my car, I was pleased to see that they had a comfortable waiting room featuring a video arcade machine, free snacks and drinks, electronics charging station, wifi, Netflix, etc. I was so entertained that I hardly noticed the time go by. I'm so happy I've found this place, and I intend to use them again.

I am not originally from this area and I needed to have my front head light and back tail light replaced on my car and I don't own a socket wrench set which I would need to replace the back light. Motorpool Automotive got really good reviews online as being fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I called them this morning and they told me just to pop on by. It took a little over 30 minutes from when I entered the shop for them to be completely done. Joe, the guy at the front desk was super cool and happy to help. The owner Steven, came out when my car was done and said, "I'll make a deal with you, if you let us stick one of our decals on your back window, we're even." I couldn't believe that they would do the work and replace the lights for free, in exchange for a minor bit of advertisement on my end! Everyone in the shop was really friendly and they have an awesome coffee/tea and snack bar for you while you wait, along with a free arcade game, movies and video games in the waiting area. I will totally go back there if I need future service, will recommend them to my friends and I'm definitely going to leave them a few good online reviews also. Thank you!

Service was excellent, quality of work is reliable and great value for the work done! This place literally brought a lost cause of a car back to life. They were honest about what was needed and fair in setting proper expectations. You will be pressed to find such integrity and value in another automotive shop. Highly recommended!!

I had been looking for a new, local shop when I won a gift certificate for Motorpool! I stopped in yesterday for an oil change on my 20 year old car. The service was quick and included an inspection, which my antique car passed with flying colors! The staff and owner are friendly and thorough. The waiting area is comfortable, has a T.V. streaming Netflix, plus snacks and coffee! Makes the time fly! Additionally, they support their community - I won a gift certificate and a benefit for local family. I will be returning for future maintenance.

Truth be said, these guys are the best. They offer nothing far from excellent customer service and car repairs!
