Chris, the manager, is always responsive and attempting to make life easier for his customers. He's an honest mechanic that won't overcharge and only wants the best for your vehicle. I have come back and will continue to come back for any issues I face.

I was recommended to Motorpool Auto by a tire shop to get an alignment. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was even able to use a coupon from the tire shop to save some $. Izzy and Joe are awesome dudes. I came into the shop unannounced after my car began to make a terrible scraping noise on the freeway nearby. It was a minor fix, but they did it free of charge and within 10 min of me walking in. Highly recommend

Wow, fast service. We needed an oil change and it was done in 40 minutes, including checking all the fluids. Competitive rate and a real auto shop, not just an oil change shop. Love supporting small businesses.

These guys are awesome. Straightforward and honest automotive work. They're incredibly good at their jobs, and on the off chance that something goes awry (which hardly happens), they go above and beyond to make it right. Plus the personal touch they put on their work (like including a Star Wars reference on the oil change sticker) makes it really feel like they're your neighborhood friends who just happen to work on your car.

I have a European car, when things go bad, which will happen, it is expensive, regardless of where I go. I was hoping it would've been a bit cheaper, but it wasn't. It took about two weeks to get my car back after complications with other cars then my car. Initial estimate was to get my car the next day. Things happen, but it was a bit of an inconvenience going on two weeks, not to mention how much I owed them by the end. I had a decent experience, but nothing special. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions.

Always received great service here and everyone who works here has been very welcoming & helpful. Even while you wait they have a fully stocked lounge area with WiFi, chargers, snacks & drinks, a flat screen, etc. Definitely recommend Motorpool if you're looking for a quality shop to go to in the San Jose area.

Brought a car here for a pre sale inspection and received valuable advice. Also the waiting room is super clean and decked out with water, coffee snacks, Netflix and video games. You can tell the staff has pride in their business.

I had been looking for a new, local shop when I won a gift certificate for Motorpool! I stopped in yesterday for an oil change on my 20 year old car. The service was quick and included an inspection, which my antique car passed with flying colors! The staff and owner are friendly and thorough. The waiting area is comfortable, has a T.V. streaming Netflix, plus snacks and coffee! Makes the time fly! Additionally, they support their community - I won a gift certificate and a benefit for local family. I will be returning for future maintenance.
