This place did an incredible amount of damage to my car and never took responsibility for it. Absolute worst experience I've had at a mechanic. The owner was entirely dismissive. It took weeks to get my car back from them when I just took it in for routine work.

I've had the pleasure of bringing my new 2016 Silverado into Motorpool Automotive. Between the customer service, knowledge and snacks in the waiting room they've made a customer for life! I was packing up for a hunting trip and Chevrolet told me that they had a 4 week back log. It's hard not to reach out when you see Motorpool decals on 3/4's of the vehicles on the highway. I contacted Motorpool as I needed an oil change before heading north on my trip. Though they were over booked they managed to get me in before heading out that evening. They went as far as picking up and purchasing the specific oil for my truck at Chevrolet to getting me on the road on time with an hour to spare for odds and ends. Needless to say, I will be back after the New Year to have my alignment done. Thanks again, Anthony!

I just had my brakes done by them and they are fantastic. I had to get new rotors and calipers and brake pads. Compared to all the other places I spoke with they were the cheapest even though it's still ran me almost $800, but hey the work I needed was expensive. Chris was very professional and very nice, as was all the staff. They didn't try to take advantage of me, being a girl and knowing nothing about cars, nor did they overcharge me. And they gave me a free oil change, which was great. The work was quick and efficient. It took me about a week and a half to get the money together , and I had to leave my car there the whole time, which was fine. I spoke with Chris ablut my financial situation and he and his staff were very patient with me and made the experience very easy and did not stress me out or pressure me. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle there for my next service.

Both my vehicles have over150K on them and are going strong and have been exclusively maintained by Motorpool for several years now. I do alot of hard mountain driving with my small child and I know that I am safe and going to get to my destination because they take care of my cars. I have had many different types of services over the years and go through tires and brakes quickly due to the type of driving I have to do and I would be broke if I was going to another auto shop. The guys are respectful and helpful and the waiting area is pleasant and clean. It seems like everyone knows all the customers really well and it feels like family when you are there. This business is LBGQT welcoming and respectful to women too <3

I love this place I honestly can not say enough good things about this place. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They go out of their way for the benefit of the customer. I ended up bringing my car to them for a tire alignment. I had previously experienced a very negative situation with getting my oil changed at Pennzoil... as I talked to the guy about my tires i asked if they could change the oil too. He said yes and they did a wonderful job. Ever since then i have been a loyal customer. I will never ever ever ever ever take my car anywhere else. These people rock !!!

They are honest and friendly. These guys genuinely like and believe in what they do. I won't go anywhere else!

As promised, I first owe Motorpool my deepest apologies for my previous review which has now been corrected to reflect the score they deserve. This company has great customer service, good follow up, good suggestions on future repairs, and I would recommend this shop for others in the future. Shout out to Chris for his good work on fixing my lug and shout out to the owner Steve for his attempts to follow up with me after my repair to ensure I was satisfied.
