Had an appointment. Still waited two hours for an oil change. Got a text update from them stating my filters were dirty and they suggested I replace. Had I known this would be the reason I was waiting I would have opted to change them at a later date. Things are backwards due to COVID, however, there is no verbal communication which I find hard to believe is a new issue.

An honest group of guys! I know that I will always be treated well and my car will be in good hands when I go here. They do great, honest work.

Every time I hear someone ask about good mechanics, I always say Motorpool is the place to go. I've been a loyal customer for 5+ years because they are communicative and transparent about diagnosing your car issues and they won't quit until they figure out to get you back on the road again. They have taken care of every car issue I've ever had and the crew is great, which is why I drive down from San Francisco to see them to this day.

Put a large Motorpool sticker on my back windshield. Not easy to get off. Needed a razor blade and Windex to remove. To be fair, Motorpool has good customer service, and performed the work quickly and properly. In the future I would appreciate a verbal agreement to place a large decal on my vehicle, as I did not notice that they're service agreement specifies this.

This place is great! I had a sudden problem with my electrical system which prevented me from getting a smog test. I drove to Motorpool--no appointment--on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Steve said they could get to my van that day which I needed. Long story short I got a text message from Steve two hours later saying my car was ready. They located the problems (2) and corrected them, and I was able to get my smog test finished. Everything was conducted in a truly contactless manner. This will be my default place from now on.

Had my wheels and leveling kit installed. They did a great job. They communicated very well with service required. Price was fare for work done. Overall, everything worked out great.

Steve and the team at Motorpool are trustworthy and dependable, and they truly support their own staff and their customers in ways I rarely see at an auto shop. I had a no start issue with my car at 5pm one night and I had work the next morning. Steve came out on his own with a jumper pack without hesitation and helped try to jump it. When we found the battery to be completely toast, he did me one better and actually ran to a local parts store and got me a new battery. I’ve never had a mechanic go to such lengths to help me out of a jam, and the owner at that. Good folks all around, and they have a lot of love for the community they’re a part of. I’ve been bringing my car and my wife’s car here for the past 3 years and I don’t regret a single service they’ve done, from simple oil changes to much more serious work.

Amazing experience with Steve at Motorpool. I called on a Saturday afternoon about my grinding brakes 😬 and they made the whole experience quick and easy for a great price and very friendly service. I will only come here for any car maintenance from now on. Excellent.

I was recommended to them from Americas tires They are very helpful and they explained everything very courteous and professional I would recommend going there they did a tire alignment and tire rotation and told me what I needed done and what I don't need done I feel they're very honest.
