As promised, I first owe Motorpool my deepest apologies for my previous review which has now been corrected to reflect the score they deserve. This company has great customer service, good follow up, good suggestions on future repairs, and I would recommend this shop for others in the future. Shout out to Chris for his good work on fixing my lug and shout out to the owner Steve for his attempts to follow up with me after my repair to ensure I was satisfied. Steve and Chris rock! Great customer service - great follow up! I like the fact that they are out of the box thinkers, always willing to take on a challenge. I've taken my 1985 Land Rover Defender here on several occasions, to replaced my radiator, intercooler, fuel pump block, and a bunch of other miscellaneous stuff. Everything ran fantastic, without any problems. Fair prices, and great customer service, not much more you can ask for! Thanks guys!

So, my mom has been going here for a while now. Always impressed with the service, but today was different. Had a small oil leak and called to set a later appointment with Chris. He not only stayed open, away from his fam and friends, to fix it but also took the time to chat. That's not good customer service. That's an example of the ethic and integrity so few hold to high standards these days. Motorpool continues to exceed expectations and deserves recognition for their exceptional, professional, and familial conduct and service to customers and community alike.

The owner Steve is great! He used to help me out at a shop where he used to work, and when they opened up in Campbell, I've been a customer ever since. Chris at the front desk is one of the friendliest dudes ever. They've done all of the service on both of my cars, and even printed me out a list of service records when I sold my last one. They always shoot me straight, and are very transparent with the info they give. Even if it's something I don't necessarily want to hear, they'll give me options with no pressure. I appreciate that. The last time I had my car in, it ended up taking a while, and they helped me get set up with a rental car. Cool shop with that Start-up Bay Area mentality. Thanks Motorpool!

I always worry about leaving my car with anyone but Motorpool is definitely the only place I'll take my car. The team knows their stuff, is extremely friendly and willing to answer questions. Prices are very reasonable and service is usually fast. I'd recommend Motorpool to anyone.

These guys do a great service here. You should plan to either leave your car, specially on Saturdays, or wait. They have a nice waiting area with tv/wifi/coffee. I do recommend. They do care and tray well their customers!

OUTSTANDING service.....I got a referral from my tire place for an alignment. I can honestly say this place treats you like a family. Chris went above and beyond to fit my work schedule.... My car needed a tune up and some other work. My son suggested I take it to Motorpool. I now am a fan. I did not realize how much power I had lost in this car, tuned up this car runs well. Before, it could not even get out of it's own way. Chris was easy to work with, no regrets.

Love this place and this guy--I think his name was Chris--looks like a short Ron Jeremy, which is excellent. I went in to have my alignment done and while he was fixing things, he suggested I get breaks and tires done as they were almost in the danger zone. The thing I really liked was how he explained why it would be a good idea and suggested it. He did not push it on me or act like I was going to die if I didn't do it right now. I had him do all the maintenance and it's seriously like a new car!!! Now I no longer roll into my girlfriends car in the driveway when I come home from work. She is happy. Thanks, Chris (Ron), for making my girlfriend happy!
