Reliable, honest, they let me know what my car's problem might be and told me how much it may cost. I had a break issue I was stressed about, but they said it's super minor and they only charged me few bucks for the time they've spent.

Why only 5 stars??!! I wish I could give 20! I started coming to Motorpool Automotive in October of 2015 when my check engine light came on and my car was having trouble even getting down the road. The first guys I took it to, that I had first trusted with the care of my car, told me the engine would have to be replaced. Clearly wanting a second opinion, I remembered my friend talking about how much she enjoyed the service at Motorpool. Not only were they honest about what was happening with my car, they explained EVERYTHING and brought me into the work bay to let me see what was happening in and underneath my engine. Since then, the only guys who I trust my car with.... are the dudes at Motorpool Automotive. They are true professionals. And I recommend everyone go to them. They know their cars and they treat their customers with respect. As a woman I have NEVER felt I was being manipulated into getting a service done on my car that it didn't truly need. The guys are honest and respectful and have wicked senses of humor. I am so sad I am moving because I'll miss the guys at Motorpool who take such good care of my car!! **Plus it is super fun to have the sticker on your car and be driving around the Bay Area and spot other cars that have it, too. :D

Trustworthy place. Had a rat chew up some wiring. The fixed it for a good price. They had the car back in 1 day. I've only used them once but will go back again.

These guys do great work, they are fast, friendly, and priced right. I take my 4runner there for all my maintenance needs. Thanks! A+++

Update: Motorpool quickly replied to my Yelp review and addressed my concerns promptly, I will be returning in the future because even though my first experience here was not worth five stars, the service I have received since then as been very quick, caring, understanding, clear and easy. Thank you Chris for being so kind and I will be seeing you Motorpool again soon...

So on Monday morning, I get in my car planning on heading to Motorpool for an oil change. For some reason, I am unable to get my car to shift. After a five hour ordeal with my insurance and the tow company, my car finally arrives at Motorpool. I call and speak with Chris. They have diagnosed the issue but it's a weird part they are having trouble sourcing. I call back the next day and all his sources are telling him I need to replace the entire shift assembly, costing $1100 in parts alone. He asked for another day. Calls me the next day and has found a $300 part instantly saving me $800. Part is delivered the following day and my car is fixed. Had I gone anywhere else, this would have easily cost me $2000 plus but the team at Motorpool cares about their customers and always does what is right. Thanks Chris and the rest of the team for giving that intangible piece of mind that you can not buy.

WOW! My husband and I came to Motorpool because we were recommended for alignment by Americas Tires. The entire experience has been amazing from start to finish. The man working the front desk Steve is incredibly nice and helpful. They were very honest and told me after looking @ my car that it was in great condition and didn't need any work (just the alignment I was there for). Most importantly we had our son with us who is 1 year old. They had an arrangement of snacks and drinks the waiting area was very clean. We could not be happier! I want to point out that the people on Yelp that have given 1 star reviews are ridiculous! They have nothing but ignorance and disrespect for what they said. These people are friendly, thorough, and honest! I plan on referring all friends and family! Overall fantastic experience!

These guys are awesome. I took my car in a couple weeks ago because it was making a funny noise. They were able to determine the cause of not one, but two issues. They also saw that my backup camera was broken and fixed it without me even asking. My car drives really smoothly now and the noise is completely gone. They're quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I came to Motorpool for the first time last year because I suspected that I had a clutch issue on my FRS. I was greeted promptly and made to feel comfortable immediately. As a woman, I sometimes feel mechanic shops think I don't know what I am talking about or they try to take advantage... definitely not the case here! They listened to my grievances and took it seriously. Upon diagnosing my issue, I was given ALL my options and not just the option that would line their pockets. I ended up getting a new car and took it to them to do a diagnostic to make sure it was in good condition. They were very thorough and I was comfortable in the waiting area.

These guys rock, they replaced torque arms on my quigley 4x4 van something that other shops would say no to they said yes and took care of without any issues. Highly recommended shop they are not afraid of working on anything ( you don't see that to often these days) Keep up the good work guys!!!!
