So on Monday morning, I get in my car planning on heading to Motorpool for an oil change. For some reason, I am unable to get my car to shift. After a five hour ordeal with my insurance and the tow company, my car finally arrives at Motorpool. I call and speak with Chris. They have diagnosed the issue but it's a weird part they are having trouble sourcing. I call back the next day and all his sources are telling him I need to replace the entire shift assembly, costing $1100 in parts alone. He asked for another day. Calls me the next day and has found a $300 part instantly saving me $800. Part is delivered the following day and my car is fixed. Had I gone anywhere else, this would have easily cost me $2000 plus but the team at Motorpool cares about their customers and always does what is right. Thanks Chris and the rest of the team for giving that intangible piece of mind that you can not buy.
