My new go to shop in the south bay the guys at this shop provided me with honest and solid advice in regards to repairs and maintenance for a recently purchased vehicle that I had purchased from Craigslist. Great deals on basic vehicle maintenance along with whatever repair work you may need. I highly recommend the gentlemen at Motorpool.

I've had the pleasure of bringing my new 2016 Silverado into Motorpool Automotive. Between the customer service, knowledge and snacks in the waiting room they've made a customer for life! I was packing up for a hunting trip and Chevrolet told me that they had a 4 week back log. It's hard not to reach out when you see Motorpool decals on 3/4's of the vehicles on the highway. I contacted Motorpool as I needed an oil change before heading north on my trip. Though they were over booked they managed to get me in before heading out that evening. They went as far as picking up and purchasing the specific oil for my truck at Chevrolet to getting me on the road on time with an hour to spare for odds and ends. Needless to say, I will be back after the New Year to have my alignment done. Thanks again, Anthony!

Motorpool was recommended to me for an alignment by America's Tires a few weeks ago, but I had a terrible experience! Upon picking up my car, the guy couldn't explain the outcome to the alignment to us and was extremely unhelpful when we asked clarification questions. The results showed that the alignment didn't even make any improvements for one part when they gave me the before and after results. When I asked about this, the guy was speechless and didn't even have an answer. I felt like it was a huge waste of money. After asking questions and asking for additional help, another gentleman came out from the back and Just immediately started talking down to us as if he was upset we were questioning the alignment. When I go to a mechanic, I expect to have the services I paid for to be explained to me and know exactly what was done to my car. Not a good experience and terrible customer service!

Came in for an oil change left with multiple things done to my car. I'm always skeptical of car repairs being a female. Since I know nothing about cars I'm used to getting ripped off. They were kind enough to explain and take me to the garage and show me what needed to me done. I trusted their opinions and ended up having the services and repairs done to my car. I did have my headlights restored. After visiting another place that does headlight restoration they said they could have done a better job. I know my headlights were pretty bad to begin with, but I honestly don't see a difference while I'm driving at night. I could have probably went without the $70 headlight restoration. The headlights do look a little better, but the headlights were left very streaky after the restoration. I don't know if this is normal but the other place I had look at them said they should have sanded them down and they could have done a better job. I'll just have to eat that cost.

Great customer service, honest and reliable. I go here for all my car needs and I always get a reasonable price and transparency with a smile.

I would never take my car anywhere else. Steve and crew are the most knowledgeable, efficient and honest automotive specialists in the Bay Area. I recommend getting one of their stickers (I know you've seen them). With a stickers you gets deals and discounts on your services. Don't waste any time or money anywhere else!

I went to get my car looked at they said the parts were "bad" I told them out them back instead they stole them! Now two weeks later I'm changing the problem myself and they're just gone !

This place goes above and beyond. I've taken my car here a few times for repairs and they definitely don't take advantage of their customers. They fix exactly what you need fixed and they tell you what you should be focusing on next. Most places I've gone to on the past do the you need this and this and this and you need it now kinda thing. They took great care of me and my car and gave me a list of things I need fixed, from top priority to lower priority. Can't thank these guys enough, they are my car heros!

Steve is the Best! I have never been so well taken care of. Their prices with the sticker deal is bonkers! With me, they have a customer for life. PS: love the selection of snacks.
