I have THE WORST LUCK with cars. On the other hand, I got SO lucky when I found Motorpool. These guys go out of their way to ensure they are doing everything they can to help you with your situation. My car has literally broken down at least 4 times this last year, and every time the shop helps me out by giving me a loaner, by communicating everything to me, and by not taking advantage of me. The owner has even let me use his own car because there was no loaner available. I can honestly say that this is the best place to take your car if your from the Campbell area. It would be worth it to travel far to get to this place too! These guys won't rip you off. They are down to earth, real people that care about your experience at Motorpool. The shop is extremely comfortable - snacks, drinks, music, tv, magazines, ac/ heat, and great company. The shop owner really cares about supporting small, local businesses. This is one more reason why you should trust and support Motorpool; because while they have a TON of clients, they personalize each and every customers service. I highly recommend Motorpool. I've never had a bad experience here. Affordable, comfortable, reliable, and trustworthy service. 5 hundred stars for this place! Steve, Patrick, Chris, and Justin have always been more than awesome to me! I feel proud driving around with my Motorpool sticker. Highly recommend this place!!

I took my Honda Civic in for all new tires and a window fix they gave me a competitive price and fixed it quickly. I'm very satisfied with there service. They have always been reliable and I never had issues with there Customer service. This is the place I will continue to go to for oil changes and any other maintenances needed.

I have been dealing with mechanics for most of my adult life and have never come across a shop as honest and helpful as Motorpool. The guys there are extremely knowledgable and very easy to talk to. I have been taking all of my vehicles to Motorpool for over a year now and I don't see myself going any where else any time soon. Well done gentlemen, thank you.

Man, am I happy for great mechanics like James. I went in for my normal oil change and Motorpool had found a huge problem with my engine. They called to inform me about the repairs necessary, and were very patient with me when I asked them to explain like I'm 5. I was very impressed with the professionalism and dedication of time I received from Patrick, James, and Steve. Not only was my car repaired in a time-frame that worked on my schedule, my car was thoroughly inspected and tuned for less than most other mechanics charge. I appreciate all the guys at Motorpool Automotive and would never think of taking my car anywhere else.

Took my 2001 Taurus and most recently my 1981 Blazer to Motorpool. I'm also going to bring my 1996 Taurus for a fuel pump replacement within the next week or so. They actually helped me troubleshoot that issue just by observing how the car was starting. Thanks for that! It's not just a one man operation either! They have a team of qualified employees. It's nice to know that you can go to a place where you have more than one set of hands, eyes, and ears on a problem. Their customer service is top notch and their shop is probably the cleanest and comfortable that Iv'e been to. You could easily come for an oil change and end up wanting to stay longer to relax on the couch while drinking a complimentary beverage or snack. They support the 2nd harvest food bank, toys for tots, local musicians, and many other local businesses and organizations by hosting events. Iv'e attended a few of them and they are always a great time! They also offer great promotional deals for supporting Motorpool Automotive which include but are not limited to a sticker campaign and complimentary promotional merchandise such as hats and shirts. I don't know the exact details offhand but they have it posted and you can always ask. Iv'e been coming to this shop for a while now so I'm not only happy to but also have enough experiences with the shop to offer a slightly more detailed review which was way past due. These guys are great. Short Story: No frills, quality work, honest feedback and fantastic customer service. My car overheated the other day and I immediately limped it over to Motorpool. Steve told me that it could be severe damage because I drove the car with extreme heat an could've warped the cylinder head. Good news, it was just a coolant leak and broken line. I had no clue what it was, so I applaud the honesty in telling me that it was a simple fix. I was back on the road in exactly 24 hours and I can't thank you guys enough for the hard work. I will now make sure that all of the car's work is done here and will recommend anyone to service their car.

I cannot say enough good things about the owner Steve and his staff. This would be my 2nd time back to these guys after they did work prior about a year ago. I informed them of some of the things going on with my car. They gave me an honest answer which was "don't do the work, sell it as is." I couldn't believe the honesty. Anyone could have just made the repairs and charged me the money it would have cost. But in reality the car is fine, and I'll get the same for it either way. I am referring everyone to these guys from now on.

We have all our company vehicles repaired and serviced at Motorpool. No b.s, just straight foreward customer service at a price that does not require us to price around each repair..... Do yourself a favor and give them a try...OH, they do tires to..

This shop is amazing! They truly went above and beyond when they worked on my car. I brought my NSX to the shop because my car was shaking when I was going over 60. They helped me fix my problem, picked me up from my house, and even picked up and dropped off my old stock rims when it was all said and done. No other shop has ever done that for me and they deserve all of these great reviews. If you need work done on your car go to these guys!

Driving on highway 9 every day can be pretty scary but since I have had both my vehicles worked on at Motorpool the ride has been a lot smoother and I feel a lot safer... Oh and my brakes actually work and tires handle well. In the last few months I have had to have new brakes, tires, shocks and struts on my Honda and got a much better deal than I expected. They also smogged my Ford and put new tires on it. They even gave me a loaner car! What can I say - these guys rock! Great service, good prices, and I always leave feeling taken care of.
