I cannot say enough good things about the owner Steve and his staff. This would be my 2nd time back to these guys after they did work prior about a year ago. I informed them of some of the things going on with my car. They gave me an honest answer which was "don't do the work, sell it as is." I couldn't believe the honesty. Anyone could have just made the repairs and charged me the money it would have cost. But in reality the car is fine, and I'll get the same for it either way. I am referring everyone to these guys from now on.

We have all our company vehicles repaired and serviced at Motorpool. No b.s, just straight foreward customer service at a price that does not require us to price around each repair..... Do yourself a favor and give them a try...OH, they do tires to..

This shop is amazing! They truly went above and beyond when they worked on my car. I brought my NSX to the shop because my car was shaking when I was going over 60. They helped me fix my problem, picked me up from my house, and even picked up and dropped off my old stock rims when it was all said and done. No other shop has ever done that for me and they deserve all of these great reviews. If you need work done on your car go to these guys!

Driving on highway 9 every day can be pretty scary but since I have had both my vehicles worked on at Motorpool the ride has been a lot smoother and I feel a lot safer... Oh and my brakes actually work and tires handle well. In the last few months I have had to have new brakes, tires, shocks and struts on my Honda and got a much better deal than I expected. They also smogged my Ford and put new tires on it. They even gave me a loaner car! What can I say - these guys rock! Great service, good prices, and I always leave feeling taken care of.

The search is over. After trying a plethora of auto shops in the San Jose area throughout the years, I've finally found my number 1. These guys are very thorough with their work and make it easy for you to understand the problem. Their extensive knowledge shows! I'll definitely be back. Thanks again Motorpool

Motorpool is the best. Not only are their technicians friendly, they don't talk to you like you don't know anything. They take the time to explain things if you have questions and they are very thorough on their work. Their set up is really nice too. You have access to food and drinks in the waiting room and they are so happy to oblige you if you have any needs or concerns. Their customer service is really superb and they make you feel like you are family. A trusted mechanic shop is definitely what they are. They really want you to receive the best customer care by making you feel welcomed and for your car to get the best service possible as well. They are knowledgeable and efficient in their services. Plus, you can't go wrong with their sticker deal!!

Steve is always willing to do everything he can to help out. They're waiting area is awesome, filled with food drinks plenty of magazines and a big tv. Recommending to all my friends.

Great service and great experience! My tire blew out just around the corner from this place. I was able to walk in, get two new tires ordered and delivered to their shop (motorpool) and the tires were put on the vehicle all in about 2 hours. Which felt like less then that because their waiting room had a comfortable couch and a big tv with Netflix. The price for two new tires and cost of labor was very fair. But what really made them stand out was there customer service. Every single mechanic i spoke with was extremely friendly and polite and made me feel at home when i was at the shop. I live out of town but I am willing to make the 60 mile drive to get all of my auto needs taken care of from Motorpool.
