These guys are really awesome. You can count on them to get your car fixed properly and fast. You will not leave there with a giant list of future repairs that your car will never need.

So my story's kind of weird. We needed some work done that they didn't have the time to do right away (and we needed it ASAP). Did they take our vehicle and let it sit? Did they take our vehicle and rush the job? Nope. They provided us with a reference and assisted us with explaining to the next company what we needed done. Wouldn't take any money even though their sales staff easily spent an hour on our situation. I'm giving a 5 star review because I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

I am so glad my friend suggested I take my car to Motorpool! I came by about 5-10 minutes to close and Steven did not rush with me at all. I had a check engine light on and there was a smell of gasoline every time I got out of the car. Steven let me know the smell was a simple fix, I just needed a new gas cap. More often than not you get mechanics who run all sorts of tests and try all sorts of "fixes" on your dime before coming to a simple fix like that. These guys did NOT do that to me! The diagnostic showed another issue under the hood. Their mechanic explained the process of how he was going to fix it step by step in layman's terms. I had to leave my car there over night and the guys made sure I got home okay which was rad too. So glad I found my new mechanic shop! I will deffinently be recommending any one I know with car problems here.

Good and honest service! I went there twice. The first time, I brought my wife's car there for maintenance. We brought it to another garage before and were told that brake rotors and pads, braking fluid, steering fluid blah blah blah needed to be changed. However, at Motorpool Automobile, they told us there were no safety concerns at all. The only thing we needed to do was an oil change. Neither of us were familiar with cars. We asked a lot of questions and the answered all of them patiently. They even gave us a discount if we put a sticker at back of the car. The second time was for a punctured tire of my BMW 328i. I called them to make an appointment and told them that it was a runflat tire. But what they heard was "a flat tire". After I went there, the apologized to me and told me they didn't have the right equipment for runflats, and it would be very expensive if I chose to do it there. They recommended America's Tire to me and gave me the detailed direction to go there.

These guys are the best! They have great pricing and a super comfortable waiting area while you wait! I sometimes bring my work if I must work while I wait, otherwise I make myself comfortable on their cozy couch and watch something new on tivo and enjoy some snacks :) I have been coming here for awhile now and I have only seen superior service and an all around friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

I was thinking of buying an old ford ranger in the area, and since I'm from out of town I had to do a search find a mechanic I could trust for some advice on the purchase. I called motorpool because of their great reviews and not only was I met with knowledge about the vehicle but a level of enthusiasm and delight for checking the vehicle that was very refreshing. Just like I thought, they were friendly, honest and knowledgable. I was going to give them 5 stars anyways because I felt so well taken care of, as if they were friends doing me a favor. But then they ended up doing the work for free! I wish I could give 6! At the end of the day, there were so many things wrong with the car it was obvious that it wasn't going to be a smart purchase. They really saved me. Whenever I do find that truck I've been looking for, Ill be sure to take it to them when I'm in the area! Thanks guys :)

I came here on a recommendation and being female, I immediately was intimidated about having to go and deal with this but the guy at the counter made me feel better right away. I told him what was wrong and they said they would do a test and yes it was just my battery was old.. Nothing else.. No crazy re-wiring needed to be done, no distributed needed to be replaced or some other doohickey that I have no comprehension of. The total cost was less than $200 after all my guy friends told me that I would have to spend about $400 on just the battery alone. I recommend this place to everyone!! No frills no BS no crap service. Just honest and fast and affordable!!

I am actually reposting this review because these guys were able to complain to yelp saying my review lack supporting customer experience. So here is an edited more detail oriented review. From this place, I learned that five star on Yelp doesn't not rule out mischievous way of attempting to extort money out of you . Watch out everyone, I am driving a car this guys rule out as undriveable and utterly dangerous on the road. Always, always get a second opinion or may be a third. I saved me $2500 by doing so!!! Here is what happened. I took my cadillac in for a an engine light on and they called me in for a result and I was told that the engine light can be fixed for $450 , but here is the dishonesty. They said that my tires wore off because all my four Wheel bearing are worn out and the quote for replacing all four plus two tires was $2500 . Also, they added my battery is dying out because it is not the right one for the car and I need a new one. The total quote was $3000 . They also mentioned saying that if I choose not to go for it, I have to sign a release form admitting that my car is too dangerous to drive. For a moment I was shocked because I accepted this fact and thought of donating or selling my car on the spot for I didnt have $3000. But, before doing so, I decided to get a second opinion.Well I paid for the engine light and went to a tire place and I was thrilled when they told me that all my car needed was an alignment and two used tires for a total of $180. For the battery , because I got it from Orielly, they confirmed that the battery is the right for my car and all I had was loose bolts and tightening them solved the problem. This way, I was able to save my car and didn't end up donating it or selling because I couldn't afford $3000.

I have known of Motorpool Automotive for a while but this was my first experience having them do work for me. Steven and his crew were awesome. They were quick in getting to the work and did a professional job. I would highly recommend them for any repair that you may have.

Today was my first time to the shop. I got an oil change and tire rotation. I called ahead and made an appointment with Ryan. He was professional, polite, and informative. It was estimated to take about two hours to get the work done and they were right on time. They offer very reasonable prices for their service. I highly recommend this shop, and I will be back soon.
