I took a chance with a new auto shop to perform a 45k mile service on my wife's Prius. Ryan took really great care of us. He set me up with an early morning appointment and took my vehicle information on the phone to streamline the check-in process. Check-in was flawless and since my service was the easiest, Ryan had the tech's work on my car first while I waited. I'll definite return to have them evaluate the 'check engine' light on my car.

Quite simply the best shop I've ever been to. It's one thing to be pleased with an oil change but my car was all jacked up. Through the whole process they kept me informed and took great care of me. They are involved in the community and seem to treat every customer like family. (Even calling after my baby was born to see how she was doing- and not asking about the car or reminding me to come in for additional service. Which makes me all the more inclined to be a customer for life) I had such a good experience that I kept a reminder up to write a review for four months (see the newborn above for details on the delay). Seriously, can't thank Motorpool enough. You won't be disappointed if you give them a call.

I have worked with Ryan and Chris, but all of the guys are great here! I came in for some work, and much more needed to be done than expected. These guys went above and beyond on my vehicle and were more than fair. They were highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to everyone. These are the "old school" mechanics, they will tell you the real deal, be fair and do an excellent job. They have two new customers!! Motorpool Automotive is a great full service shop, with a great staff!

I brought my truck here for an oil change which i was long over due for. This was just a few blocks away from work and figured I'd give this place a call to see if there was time to get it done. Ryan answered and he was just awesome! Super friendly and told me that I can bring my truck in right away! Yes! Walked in and he knew who exactly who I was and greeted me by name :) He went over what I was going to expect to pay ( a lot less than I usually pay which was nice ) and made me feel comfortable the whole time. He took me over to the waiting area and told me to help myself to any snacks and drinks and free wi-fi ( c'mon, who does that now days?) and even Cup-O Noodles! Overall, I was happy with the service and the staff and would recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their oil changed or anything else for that matter. Thanks again guys :)

I have been going to Motorpool for a few years now, and I credit them with the fact that my car is still running! I have a ten-year-old Honda that I'm going to drive into the ground, and they are really good at prioritizing what REALLY REALLY needs to be done, what can wait a little, and what would be merely nice to get done. :) Good prices, friendly people. I've recommended this place to my family and I recommend it to you!

Steve is great. He has replaced all kinds of things on my old Honda Pilot. He's been great on providing accurate estimates on both the amount of time it will take and the amount of money it will be to get the job done. He's a pleasure to talk to and a pleasure to work with. So glad I found Motorpool and Steve. Definitely going back and I highly recommend them.

The Motorpool Automotive mechanics are quick, dependable, and operate on integrity. I brought my Honda to them for repair after another shop gave me a list of work that supposedly needed to be done to maintain the vehicle. Steve reviewed the recommendations and only the work that needed to be done to fix the car was performed. Steve gave me a great deal on the work. Now my car runs great. I would recommend Motorpool Automotive, you can count on them.

I brought my VW here after hearing nothing but great things about Motorpool, and the hype about them is more than true. They are all so amazing and take their time to explain what they are doing and why it needs to be done. I don't know very much about cars so i am always a little apprehensive to take it to certain shops, but the guys at Motorpool made me feel like family. They drove me home when I had to leave my car with them, and even helped me get a great deal on new rims/tires for my car. Steven especially deserves a huge thank you. He never shrugged me off or made me feel inferior for not knowing anything about cars. He made me feel comfortable enough to bring my car in to Motorpool any time, instead of always feeling afraid of being ripped off at other places (which I had been multiple times). Stop by and grab a sticker to slap on your car. You won't regret it.

Audi's are never cheap to work on, but Motorpool offered reasonable prices, e.g. for replacing the timing belt and servicing the my 2006 A4. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One guy even stayed late when I had a hard time getting a ride to pick my car up. I'll go back again!

Called this morning to see if I could bring my car in today to check a warning sensor. Came in for my appt an hour later and the staff was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Instead of sending me away and keeping the car for hours, they quickly checked the car and I was out in less than 10 min!! They didn't even charge me since it was just a setting that needed to be adjusted. They were fantastic, honest and I'll definitely bring my car here from now on for repairs and maintenence.
