I can't say enough about Steven and his team at Motorpool. My husband and I both bring our cars here regularly and the prices quoted are considerably lower than our previous mechanics here in Campbell, especially considering the quality of the parts, work and service provided at this shop. Thank goodness after 10 years in the area, we've FINALLY found an honest, reliable mechanic. I would definitely recommend Motorpool for any of your car needs based on their pricing, integrity and quality workmanship.

These guys are great. Screw the other guys. Motorpool is the best for your buck. Bar-none. i love the waiting room too just because there's an assortment of food and drinks that shows they care about the customer and also the car. Good job guys!!!

I'm trying really hard to understand how this place could have a solid 5 star rating. I actually went to Motorpool because of the rating only to be treated so poorly. Brought my BMW in due to a possible bad alternator (tranny warning light on as well). Dropped it off Sunday night, called Monday at 11a for an update - there wasn't one. Was told they would call me back in a few hours. Around 5:00p or so I called for an update. All I got was "we aren't sure", but I'd likely need a new alternator (duh), spark plugs and that they'd need to clean and top off tranny fluid. On top of this they would need to flush the fluid several times (approximately using 24 quarts). The quote was $2100.00 to do all of this, with no guarantees this would fix the transmission - duh. BUT it looked like it was going that way....a new transmission would be ANOTHER 4 - 6k parts & labor. Told them i needed to think about it and i'd call them the next day. End result: picked my car up from Motorpool without approving the repair and took it to a much better and trustworthy shop in mountain view. I walked out paying only needing a new battery, alternator - $920.00 for parts & labor (far cry from $2,100 plus an additional 4-6k for a tranny that didn't need to be replaced. Not only was the owner condescending when telling me what was wrong with the car he was never specific with what was wrong with it. Just a guessing game actually. I had a hard time understanding what he was telling me. I might be a women, but it doesn't mean women are stupid when it comes to cars. I knew enough that he was trying to gouge the hell out of me. These reviews seem shady to say the least, all sound the same.....are they from their friends? friends of friends just to get a great review rating for unsuspecting people like me? There is no way Steve was courteous, helpful, pleasant or understanding - he was just the opposite. Do you want to be taken advantage of? If so, then go to this place, like I said they are shady as hell.

Been here twice now and was pleased both times. Latest was a blown A/C compressor. After looking up similar repairs on the BMW forums, I figured this was going to be brutal. Happy to report that Steve and the guys came in significantly under what was expected and the air is blowing colder than ever. Also kudos for the waiting room stocked with drinks, coffee, TV, etc. it's a very thoughtful touch.

Motorpool is a fantastic shop. The crew here is super professional, informative and welcoming. Unlike a lot of other shops I've been to, these guys aren't trying to squeeze you for every penny. The sincerely care about providing great service and taking care of you and your care. Plus- they have wifi, drinks, snacks- amazing!! Looking forward to coming back

Great service! Called around all morning trying to schedule an oil change (same day), they squeezed me in right away. All the guys were really friendly and nice. I watched them interact with a few clients while I was waiting and they really went above and beyond. I'm reppin' the sticker on my car now.

I've had problems with my Chevy Cobalt for yrs, YRS I SAY! Been to a couple other mechanics that tried different things but never fixed the serious issue of my car dying at low idle constantly- CONSTANTLY! Having car trouble once in a while is bad enough but this car was dying everyday with cars honking behind me and flipping me off, I'd have to slip it in neutral and restart it, sometimes over and over. Thank Heaven for Yelp and the mechanics at Motorpool Automotive, not only did they find the problem AND FIX IT but my car runs like a NEW! I THINK I cried happy tears all the way home. Plus they apply the $100.00 diagnostic fee if you have them fix it!! And then they charged me $200.00. L E S S then the original quote!! Holy Cow HONESTY TOO!! GOD Bless these Fellas down there. Seem like a bunch of great guys. Service was amazing!! I was really impressed with how clean and organized the office and waiting room were, they even have a snack area stocked full of goodies, coffee, fridge full of drink and Netflix!!

Ive been taking my car to Steve-O for alot of years and feel very comfortable taking my car to motorpool for that reason. Not only is steve, ryan and the gang a bunch of great guys but they hands down get the job done and wont BS you. My car and bank account are running smooth because of motorpool. Also they have done alot of great things for the local community by hosting benefit concerts and food drives with lives bands and Roller derby girls. Thanks MP you guys are the bombbizzity!

These Guys are awesome!!!!! They have such great service and do great work. I had a small issue with brake noise and not only did the fix it up right away. Ryan drove me back to work , after dropping the car off and then brought my car back to my office so I wouldn't be stranded without a car. I have never seen anyone care about their clients more! I wish I could give them 1000+ Stars! My car will forever proudly wear the Motorpool Automotive sticker!

Steve is a trustworthy, knowledgeable guy who cares and wants to help you out. He has given me many suggestions and plugs to get my 4Runner taken care of.
