Continue to be incredibly impressed with the quality of work, amazing service, and reasonable prices. I have an older car and really appreciated the honesty and integrity demonstrated in discussing options with me of what was critical and what could wait. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with great snacks. If you're looking for a capable and honest mechanic you can trust, this is the place.

These guys are friendly and honest. The waiting area is stocked with snacks, coffee, water, TV/entertainment. Need to charge your phone but no charger? They got you covered. Clean and welcoming all around.

I brought my Suburu Impreza Wrx here for repairs and Doug provided excellent customer service and both Steve and Doug provided affordable, honest, great service. The phone calls to follow up with me were prompt and explanations thorough. Doug gave me a ride to and from the shop, and the waiting room is the best I've ever seen at a repair shop. There was an Xbox, tons of free snacks and drinks, chargers for any type of phone, and comfortable seating. And, my car has had no problems since. 5 stars isn't enough as far as I am concerned. Mechanics are usually a necessary evil that I used to despise until I took my car to Motorpool, not only was the staff warm and inviting, but they were (brace yourself) HONEST. The waiting room has a television that not only works but is equipped with cable and a video game console with a comfortable couch to watch it from and a HUGE selection of complimentary snacks and drinks too so hanging out while they work is not only painless but fun. But besides being honest, friendly and having a great place to wait, they are also fast, reliable, thorough, and dependable and they have literally gone out of their way to make each of my experiences with them awesome.

I bought my daughters car in for a steering leak. He told us it's not worth fixing as there was so much other things wrong with it instead of nickel & dimeing us

These guys are awesome! Very knowledgeable and up front. Costs for regular service (e.g. oil changes, brakes, etc.)are reasonable. If they find something beyond what you've taken your vehicle in for, they always call to explain what it is and get authorization before going forward. Everyone I've interacted with here has been friendly and helpful. Also, an added bonus is the shop has a cool vibe - not a bad place to sit and hang out while you wait!

I drive 80+ miles a day, and I only trust Motorpool for my maintanience and repairs. Every single person I have interacted with at Motorpool has done a fantastic job at explaining to me the issues that have brought me in, and what we need to change and fix. I live close by and they always offer me a ride or bike to take home while I get my car serviced. I highly recommend Motorpool! I am happy to sport the sticker on my car, and not just because it gives me discounts when I go in. Good job Steve and crew!!

These guys have amazing service! While traveling I ran into some electrical problems and came across this shop. They recommended a very reasonably priced towing service to get me there safely. Friendly guys with lots of personality and they were even watching DC animated movies. They ensured my car was able to run and sent me on the way for an extremely great price. Highly recommended them!

We originally had an issue with a scheduled appt but Steve reached out and helped resolve everything quickly. Looking forward to having a great shop to take my car in nearby.

Reasonable price, best service. I had two major works done there. One involved with break issues and four wheel alignment and one with an issue of minor banging sound in the back seat whenever I release the gas peddle near the end (a hard problem to find root cause). They fixed both issues really well. The alignment was done well that I waited 8 month to ensure the steeling wheel remains to no shaking in high speed and tires wear evenly. They even offered to have a nice technician to pick me up when the work was done. They opened on Saturday, very convenient.
