Brought my girlfriends car in when her 'Check Engine' light went on. They gladly hooked up their reader and found out her gas cap was bad or wasnt being screwed in all the way. No up-sale, no unnecessary services offered up. The service was fast and friendly! Cant beat an honest auto repair shop!

Loyal customer for a couple years now. Always refreshing to find a mechanic you can trust..A friend recommended Motorpool, I took my car in several times and watched them grow their cliental rather quickly. A few times my car had rare issues that couldn't be fixed quickly and they let me borrow loner cars for multiple days at a time, even picked me up from the train station before. These guys are very accommodating and personable. Haven't been back recently because I finally got a car that doesn't need to visit them once a month. They usually hook up first time customers with a decent discount & always provide a comfortable environment to wait in while your car is being finished.

I was introduced to Motorpool and their amazing customer service as they were a sponsor to my sports team, Silicon Valley Roller Girls. As a sponsor, they went out of their way to include us in events and gave a discount to all roller girls coming into their shop. I was blown away the first time I went in there for a 40k mile check in -- the price was absurd (read: inexpensive), the shop was super comfy for a waiting customer (SNACKS!), and everyone I talked to was beyond friendly. The latest time I've brought my car in, I've been treated like family. The owner, Steven, has promised to never let me go alone in buying a car (like a reliable big brother!), and gave me hugs when said new car had massive issues within the first 3 weeks of having troubles. I had texted him late one night and brought my car in, nearly with no appointment necessary. He goes out of his way to be generous and providing me with great service. The best part: I know I'm not alone as all my friends also go here and experience the same level of service. Not a fluke! I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else besides here; I trust Motorpool and their work is fantastic.

The guys blew me away with their attention to detail and excellent service. I came in with a mystery problem on my junky car, it was repaired perfectly and for a tooootally reasonable price. My car runs better than it ever has. Thanks guys!!!

I've been getting all my oil changes here for the last two years now. The owner Ryan is straight with you and runs a very honest shop. This is what sets him apart from other auto mechanics. His prices are very reasonable too which is why I come back. If you need to wait, they have a comfortable lounge area with water and snacks.

They were helpful and answered all my questions. Did a timely job for a reasonable price, I highly recommend them.

My go to mechanic retired about 18 months ago. So when I recently needed my brakes done, I was really in a quandary where to take my vehicle. So I went to Yelp, and read reviews for several shops locally. For some reason Motorpool Automotive kind of stood out to me. I know if it sounds to good to be true it probably is ! But I drove to their convenient Campbell location anyway. Upon arrival I was greeted by Steve and Chris, they came across very friendly and knowledgable. I was quoted a price, which seemed very reasonable to me. So I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in. I fully expected a phone call the day that the repairs were being done that other parts or repairs would be necessary. So when my phone rang about 1 1/2 hours prior to the estimated time, I thought to myself here we go, how much more is this going to cost me ? But to my surprise, it was Steve letting me know the work was done ! Thank You Motorpool Automotive ! You have earned my business, it's nice to pull out of the parking lot and not feeling like you have been raked over the coals !

Positives: Ryan, Chris, John (Jon?) Negatives: Price, within a month, I went to get work done twice and the second time they raised the prices without telling me. They were already expensive to start out with and then it got ridiculous. Work, it was supposed to be done and now the car still has problems and is squeaking like crazy. I won't bring my car back because of the sneaky business practice of raising the prices. Customer service, the owner was not very customer oriented. I had spoken with the manager and was going to get an oil change and a check up and because he was not in the owner took care of my husband and I and it was nothing that had been said before with the manager. Unfortunately, I like most of the people I have met there. One person tends to ruin the whole atmosphere and we will not be back. Just counting the work as a complete loss.

I can't say enough good about this place. I have an older car, and won't be able to buy a new on anytime soon. Steven, Motorpool's owner, understands this, and goes out of his way to make sure my car is safe and running well. The staff is thorough, consistent, and excellent, not to mention friendly. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. If you are looking for a long term relationship with a automotive repair shop, I highly recommend Motorpool Automotive.

These guys are friendly, and work fast. Pricing is solid. Good mechanics all around. Also, they work Saturdays, which is a plus.
