I got referred to these guys from O'Rielys, and they have been amazing! This is my car shop now. Very honest guys, and do great work! If anyone ever needs work done and wants an honest, reliable, good priced place, this is your shop!

Excellent service,friendly, got the job done right and on time definitely a 5 star for these guys. No bs, very straightforward and honest. Had a wheel bearing go out during a time crunch for work,they understood and had me back on the road in no time. A+++

Saw the 5-star average review of this place on Yelp and had to see it to believe it. There's no such thing as a 5-stars on Yelp... My brake pads were getting (dangerously) low so I had to make a few calls around to get a few quotes. This place was the most affordable and the guy I got on the phone (Ryan) was very pleasant to talk to so I made an appointment. SERVICE I met about 5 guys that worked here during my car's service and all of them were super nice to talk to. I was given options of whether I wanted to replace my rotors/pads completely or just the pads and in which situations it would be a better decision. Since the rotors were fine and I basically wore my brake pads perfectly down to the wear indicator, it was a better choice to just replace the pads themselves and save myself the cost of replacing rotors. So far the brakes feel great, I don't anticipate anything going wrong with them. But if there was any issues, I was told to bring it back b/c of their 1-yr warranty on parts and labor. PRICE Affordable/fair prices. As mentioned before, these guys were about average to below average in price than some other local shops. WAITING ROOM It's more like your ideal living room/kitchen/house. There's WIFI here and they also have a TV/couches set up and hooked up with a Roku so you can listen to Pandora/Spotify or watch Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu. There's also pod coffee machine and a hot/cold water dispenser, and tons of drinks in the fridge...and quite an impressive assortment of snacks for you to munch on while you "hang out". OVERALL Great experience. I'd love to make this shop my all around mechanic's shop for maintenance repairs/oil changes where you don't have to feel like you're just a number in line or an ATM machine. I'll be back for future repairs as I felt the service was prompt, professional, and courteous. Good job Motor Pool! And thanks!

I typically dread going to auto shops, but I came here for an oil change and to get my car checked for a leak, and I was so impressed. Besides being really affordable, Motorpool has awesome: Service. They're friendly, professional and straightforward. I didn't have an appointment, but they served me right away, and they have an awesome little snack/coffee lounge where you can chill while you wait. Transparency. My car was sort of a mess when I brought it in, and at one point the mechanics brought me out to the garage to see what was going on. They recommended next steps without being aggressive or "selling" something. They never overcharge and are super committed to developing real customer relationships. Personality. If you didn't think an auto shop can have good vibes, you haven't been to Motorpool. Definitely my go-to place from now on!

Motorpool is the best place I've been to. These guys are really nice and know what they are doing. They kept me knowing what is going on every step of the way. I recommend this place to anyone who is expecting everything from a shop and more!

I had gone there for an oil change and car inspection before my road trip. All I can say is this is one of the best service experience I have had. Reasons: 1. Punctuality: I did not have to wait for a single minute. I had an appointment at 9 and they honored it! 2. Honesty: During the inspection they found steering fluid leak. The guy (Enos) showed me the leak and explained what could be done in an affordable way. Enos also made it clear that I should get this fixed before my road trip, which I really appreciate. For me, honesty and punctuality are most important; couple that with good discounts (20% on labor and $10 off on oil change) and that seals the deal for me! Very satisfied! Great customer service!!

Best experience with car repairs I've ever had. Goes above and beyond to be helpful, they actually care about you and it shows. Willing to work with your budget. If only the DMV were run by these guys...

Went back to get my oil and brakes changed last week. ALL the guys here are awesome! Richard helped me this last time and was amazing. He made sure I knew what I needed to get done ASAP, and what would need to be worked on in the months to come. The guys made me feel welcomed and well informed, I love this place!!!

THE BEST SERVICE IN THE SOUTH BAY, HANDS DOWN! I've taken my 1999 Toyota 4Runner here on MULTIPLE occasions now. Oil changes, tune ups were a BREEZE! They'll give you a straight up, no nonsense quote, and give you an accurate description of what needs to happen, as well as how much time it will take. And lets face it, having a mechanic (or team of mechanics) you can trust is HUGE! Anyway, I'm not just here to write about the basic maintenance. I'm gonna talk about the several times they've went beyond the call of duty. 1. On the lift gate of my truck, the lock broke, and the whole locking panel needed to be replaced. They not only got the part for me, and installed it the same day, they quoted me at a MUCH better price than a local Toyota parts guy I had called (instal included!) 2. I recently had a tire blow out on me on 17. Not only did they send one of their guys out to help me on the side of the road (who arrived before my insurance provided road assistance), they ended up giving me a great deal on a whole set of 4 new tires, AND helped me line up a car to use while mine was getting repaired. I really couldn't ask for anything more. These guys have it all, from a comfy waiting room, to straight up honest service, and competitive pricing. (They even have customer appreciation BBQs occasionally!) I've recommended them to everyone of my roommates, friends and family members practically. You definitely won't be disappointed with these guys. They got my business for LIFE... or at least as I live in the south bay.
