Excellent and reasonably priced service. They were very careful to diagnose and repair a persistent check engine light to prepare for a smog test on our H2. This is a Very Busy shop for a reason, parking can be a challenge but worth it. I may have to return to fix the same issue?

I started going to Steve when he worked at Goodyear a few years ago through a recommendation from a friend. I would take my car to him for routine oil changes and to balance my tires every 3 months. The one time I took my car to a different shop (jiffy lube) they did NOT balance my tires, and tried to talk me into buying a bunch of stuff i DIDN'T need, (new fan, new windshield wipers, etc.) So the $30 service i always get from Steve ended up being upwards of $100 at Jiffy Lube. NO THANK YOU. When Steve opened up Motorpool he fixed the mistakes Jiffy Lube made on my car. Also, when I banged up my car and got a flat, Motorpool replaced my tires and was honest on how it would effect my car if I just replaced 1 tire instead of 2. As a woman not knowing much about cars, I feel comfortable bringing my car here to get serviced knowing that I'm not getting ripped off and my car will always be reliable.

I took my Ford Escort to these guys for what I thought was a starter problem. They did some quick diagnostics and found that the ignition needed replacing instead. Score. They didn't sell me something I didn't need. Another time my brake lights weren't working and it turns out it was a sensor that didn't cost much to replace. They have reasonable rates and a sweet coupon for first time customers to try them out. They explain what they will be doing before they do it, just to make sure you're on board. It's quite a different customer service experience compared to most auto repair shops. They speak English, have free WiFi and Netflix so you can catch up on your shows if you want while you wait. I ended up referring my dad and his Ford Ranger for all sorts of repair too. Solid place that I will keep referring people for repairs.

I brought my 4runner to Motorpool for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised. Steven understand what true customer service is! The turnaround time was great and the waiting room had movies/tv shows and plenty of refreshments. Overall great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had an excellent experience. Went in for a oil change with an hour notice. They got the oil changed quickly. I also had them look a possible leak problem and they gave me a fair quote. I look forward to taking it back to them. Would recommend as they are fair and honest.

This place has always had a great mechanic but the new management has really cleaned it up and made it a nice place to wait while they're working on your car. Wonderful service, reliable work and for a great price. I trust Motorpool Automotive and I'll always bring my cars here.

I depend on my car for an 88 mile-a-day commute. Thank goodness for the crew at Motorpool Automotive in Campbell! Twice now they've been there for me when I would've otherwise been stranded or gouged. The expertise is spot on and the prices and service are outstanding. My Subaru won't be going to another mechanic and I know these guys will get me another 100,000 miles. Trust Steve and his crew to help, I'm really happy I did!

My battery light was on and my boyfriend recommended Motorpool. So I stopped by after work yesterday and within 15 minutes, I registered my car and my battery and terminal was installed! Excellent service and nice people. As a girl I hate taking my car in for repair because I know there are mechanics that take advantage over you. But not this place. I was in awe and totally satisfied with the quick, prompt and professional service. Way to go Motorpool! And thanks Steve! ~Mitch

I take my 2007 350z here to get my oil changed and it's always been a great experience. I enjoy being able to relax in a waiting room that's clean, has free drinks and a Roku set up to watch something while I wait. I'll be back!

Great experience. Went out of their way when they were closed to change my oil. Honest! Will definitely return for future needs on my subey.
