After a recommendation I decided to try out Motorpool and I am very happy to have taken that recommendation. Usually I go to a BMW specialized mechanic but they have not been kind to my wallet. I brought my 2000 BMW 323i here knowing it needed a good amount of work due to an overheating issue and being about a year since last in the shop. In one day they replaced the battery, brakes, spark plugs, and thermostat. As the other reviewers say, the prices Steve quotes you are honest where he breaks down the true price he pays for parts, and he really tries to help on expensive jobs.I probably would have spent twice as much at my old mechanic. Needless to say the car runs great now and I have some piece of mind knowing my new mechanic is on call.

Had a torn CV boot and since the cost of repacking and replacing the boot would be the same as replacing the whole axle, I had the axle replaced. Steve called around to multiple places to find a reasonably priced axle, and the labor charge was very reasonable as well. As a result, the cost was well under (about 50%) of another quote I received. This extra effort on their part benefited me a lot, but they didn't make any more $ by doing this. I appreciated their going above and beyond on this. The work was done quickly and everything has been great since. Would definitely take my car back in to them.

I have a 2010 M3 Coupe and just exited the bumper to bumper warranty that BMW offers. Of course, a bunch of services and other various things came up and I wanted to find a local shop that I could trust, did quality work, and offered COMPETITIVE pricing (European service and repairs are typically not cheap). Motorpool was ALL of the above. The work is quality, they will match/beat any competitors pricing (at least thus far), and the staff is extremely friendly. This has already became my service center of choice. Highly recommend!!d

This is the place to go for oil changes, repairs and more! You won't get treated rudely, misinformed, overcharged or told you need repairs done that you really don't need. The mechanics and the owner, Steve, are courteous, knowledgable and friendly. I trust my vehicles in their hands! Prices are great. I will come here over the dealer any day!

This place is awesome, I won't ever take my trucks anywhere else. I use my truck for work and I needed a timing belt and water pump I stalled. These guys took it on a Friday evening and got it done overnight, I picked it up the next morning. Simply the best customer service you could ask for. As I drove away I notices that the oil sticker on my windshield was missing, I knew I needed and oil change, I looked at my invoice and they changed it for me...on the house. Again, it's something simple but in my opinion those little things make all the difference. I will be taking my wife's car in next.

After moving across the country from the East Coast my Xtera needed some love. It's survived 7 years of snow, ice, and salt, but just barely! Steve and his crew checked it out, let me know what needed to be done right away, and what would need attention in the near future. While they were working on it they let me use the sweet '81 Toyota wagon so I wasn't without a car. Needless to say, there were some hidden rust issues that needed to be addressed, and they aired in the parts to get it done. The final cost was well within budget, which was great, but most importantly I can now say I have a mechanic that I can trust! I would recommend Motorpool Auto to anyone.

These guys are legit. Not only are they good mechanics (fixed my car under budget and before the time they said), they're great people as well! They even let us borrow bikes and showed us where to bike around while they fixed my car. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. Will definitely be coming back and will definitely be recommending!

I came in to get an oil change and get a new air filter. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Not only did I leave with both of those things done i also left with a beautifully washed car. Clean inside and out. I was treated like royalty while waiting for my car. I will definitely be back!

These guys work their asses off to do solid work. They have at least two master level techs there. - The Prices are fair for the level of on hand experience. - Take advantage of their generous specials for basic work. Feel comfortable that these guys are hardcore serious mechanics. Bluntly. - I am very difficult with shops. - I can be rude. Demanding. Cruelly technical. - When I drive I drive to win. People die in cars every day. - I trust this shop with my life. More importantly? I trust it with my job. Which as my boss can tell you. Is worth more than my life. -

Found this place on Yelp, decided to take my car in because of the high ratings. I found out for myself why they have 5 stars. Steve, the owner is super friendly. He's honest and helpful. I think he may have majored in customer service and how to run a business. My experience: - Pleasant initial phone conversation - I show up and they offer me a free soda - I drop my car off and they give me a ride home - The car is done, they pick me up - The car problem is fixed I am very happy with my experience at Motorpool.
