Great service, competitive pricing, no hassles, all smiles. I've brought both my vehicles to Steve, he's the best. From brakes to rotations, clutch reservoirs to window regulators, I get my vehicles back super fast. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to help you while your car is getting worked on. Excellent workmanship!

Steve and his team are an honest group. I would not hesitate to bring my car there again. Service was quick and painless. Wish I could say that about my love life. Ba dum. Tiss.

I've known Steve a long time and only trust HIM with my car... so much that ill drive up from Los Angeles just to get my check engine light worked out and have the work done with him. He's fairly priced, quick service and makes you feel at home while you wait. They never try to talk you into fixing things that DON'T NEED TO BE FIXED, and he lets you know how long it will be until you WILL have to get some routine maintenance done. Steve sets a good example for great customer service, as well as competence. 5 stars for an honest auto shop. :)

I'm sorry for all the good reviews here. They just aren't that good. I took my car to them twice, was disappointed twice. I went back because I figured the first time was a fluke. Nope. Poor diagnostics: Both times the work required was more than they initially thought after looking at the car. They aren't interested in doing much more than a visual inspection before they quote a price. ~$300 turned into ~$800 on the first one. The second one went from ~$30 in parts, unspecified labor to $342 They also handled it poorly each time: The first time they forgot to call me and tell me that the car wasn't ready. I don't know till I show up, having biked 20 minutes to get there. Worse than that, the lack of notice required me to take a last minute $100 taxi ride to get to an urgent doctor's appointment (the doctor listed same day cancelation as $200, and yes, they would have charged me). Took the entire rest of the week before it was ready. The second time they told me it needed more work, that they wouldn't know how much till the next day. Next day they call me when it's done, and THEN tell me the price. I definitely don't recommend them. I'm giving them a 2 instead of a 1 because, I reserve 1s for things like cheating, and they were just incompetent.

I brought my wife's Miata in here to get the brakes done and air filter cleaned. They already had a full shop so I expected to pick it up in the afternoon. Less than 1 hr later, they are done and I'm out the door. Steve hires the right guys who have a great attitude and know what they are doing. I'm really glad he opened up his own shop and will definitely be back. Anyone tired of dealing with dishonest shop owners who don't care about their customers needs to come by here and ask for Steve. You won't be disappointed!

I've only been i a few times to have some issues with my e24 BMW. The owner was courteous and even gave me rides to and from the shop. When I had my car in for an electrical drain they looked t it for over an hour before solving it and not even charging me. I figure it is a gremlin that will return but to no fault of their own. My PO modified a ground connection that has always given me trouble. The next time I came in to have some BavAuto lowering springs put in. They had it done within a day and even stayed late to get it done that day so I could drive it in the morning. Prices are fair and the work is good. P.S. I was treated respectfully and even asked about my car. I love my car and I get ll tickled when other people dig her too. Needless to say I'll definitely come here or Renn for any future work on my 635csi. Definitely better than the local Dinan as far as labor and service goes.

Steve the owner is the only person I trust to work on my car. He is right to the point, does not try to rip you off. He gave me a heads up that I will need new shocks soon but don't need to get them for awhile. Steve wanted to let me know so I can start planning and saving for it. I would recommend this place, they really take care of you here.

Great business! Great Service! Finally a mechanic who doesn't try to rip off chicks! Thanks Motorpool!

After a recommendation I decided to try out Motorpool and I am very happy to have taken that recommendation. Usually I go to a BMW specialized mechanic but they have not been kind to my wallet. I brought my 2000 BMW 323i here knowing it needed a good amount of work due to an overheating issue and being about a year since last in the shop. In one day they replaced the battery, brakes, spark plugs, and thermostat. As the other reviewers say, the prices Steve quotes you are honest where he breaks down the true price he pays for parts, and he really tries to help on expensive jobs.I probably would have spent twice as much at my old mechanic. Needless to say the car runs great now and I have some piece of mind knowing my new mechanic is on call.

Had a torn CV boot and since the cost of repacking and replacing the boot would be the same as replacing the whole axle, I had the axle replaced. Steve called around to multiple places to find a reasonably priced axle, and the labor charge was very reasonable as well. As a result, the cost was well under (about 50%) of another quote I received. This extra effort on their part benefited me a lot, but they didn't make any more $ by doing this. I appreciated their going above and beyond on this. The work was done quickly and everything has been great since. Would definitely take my car back in to them.
