I've been a customer of Motorpool Automotive for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about them. The team of nice gentlemen at Motorpool never try to upsell me on services I don't need; they simply provide honest recommendations and tell me what my 2015 Nissan Versa requires. One thing I really appreciate is their fantastic virtual work order system. It allows me to see pictures and videos of the repairs that are needed before I give my approval, giving me full transparency and peace of mind. Moreover, the staff at Motorpool are incredibly thoughtful in how they communicate with me about the repairs. They patiently answer all my questions and ensure that I fully understand the work being done on my car. Their customer service goes above and beyond, making me feel valued and well taken care of. What a GREAT local shop! These are the people that you can trust wont overcharge or screw you over. Steve and his crew were all so nice and got me in and out so fast! I used to go through the chain places and there was always an issue that they tried to overcharge me on. Not with Motorpool. They are a bunch of straight up hard working guys that know what they are doing and not trying to jam you up. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest neighborhood shop!

The guys there were amazing. Helped me out, when I had been sold bad parts. Properly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They are reliable and they do what they say they will, when they say it. Highly recommend. Service is above and beyond.

Sent my vehicle for oil change, fluids top up and various inspections etc. to Motorpool Automotive yesterday. The staff was friendly, helpful and honest and the charge for the services that were performed are reasonable.

Steve runs the best shop in town. You can't get better service anywhere else. Motorpool works on my 2018 Hyundai, and my 1978 El Camino. And they've got that 1978 Chevy running like it's a 2024 truck!
