Completed the work as promised. Quick procedure for paying the invoice online prior to pick up car.

This time: I was able to book an appointment really quickly. The guys were super nice and empathetic, weren't pushy or condescending, as sometimes mechanics can be to women. My car is running better. In general: More of what I mentioned above! Motorpool is great. Just take your car and drive there.

My family and I are going on our annual RV trip this weekend and the weather is expected to be super hot. So you can imagine how bummed I was when the AC on my Jeep went out on Sunday. By Tuesday I was in touch with the guys at Motorpool, by Wednesday I dropped off my Jeep and they hooked me up with a zippy little Rav4 loaner while they got to work figuring out what was wrong with my AC system. All said and done they found a leak, repaired the part, refilled the coolant AND changed my oil and filters all in time for me to pick it up at 5 today and start packing it up for our trip! Customer service this great is rare in any industry, even more so in the auto-shop world, so I'm always blown away by how great this place is. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cool place!

Absolutely quick and organized process to get my wheel stud replaced. I made an appointment and showed up in the morning to fill out a form and dropped off my keys into the mail slot. About 6 hours later my car was complete and ready for pick up.

Motorpool was able to take my Van in on two days notice. They performed the required service in only a few hours an e returned the van to me. Their review of the next service included a description of the services that would be required at that time.
