Steve runs the best shop in town. You can't get better service anywhere else. Motorpool works on my 2018 Hyundai, and my 1978 El Camino. And they've got that 1978 Chevy running like it's a 2024 truck!

Great overall experience. Had a tricky diagnostic with my 4runner and felt like Steve and his crew went above and beyond to make an overall concierge experience worthy of recommending to the community as well as being a repeat customer.

It was a pleasure to meet, and talk with the team at motor pool automotive. We explained our issues and they listened. They did a complete inspection and informed us what steps would be required to ensure the problem would be fixed and resolved. Once we received their assessment, we agreed with there steps to correct the issues. When the job was completed they informed us of the amount due and we paid the bill. When we picked up the car and drove it home the problems were solved and we were very satisfied with their service. We will tell our friends that we highly recommend them for fixing our car problems. This time: I was able to book an appointment really quickly. The guys were super nice and empathetic, weren't pushy or condescending, as sometimes mechanics can be to women. My car is running better. In general: More of what I mentioned above! Motorpool is great. Just take your car and drive there.

My family and I are going on our annual RV trip this weekend and the weather is expected to be super hot. So you can imagine how bummed I was when the AC on my Jeep went out on Sunday. By Tuesday I was in touch with the guys at Motorpool, by Wednesday I dropped off my Jeep and they hooked me up with a zippy little Rav4 loaner while they got to work figuring out what was wrong with my AC system. All said and done they found a leak, repaired the part, refilled the coolant AND changed my oil and filters all in time for me to pick it up at 5 today and start packing it up for our trip! Customer service this great is rare in any industry, even more so in the auto-shop world, so I'm always blown away by how great this place is. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
